In preparation for the long, early morning drive to Rutland, Vermont tomorrow, there is no practice today. Hydration and fueling begins today. Keep those swimmers rested!

BST swim caps are required at all BST meets. Everyone is getting a new free cap this year. Additional caps will be available tomorrow for $15. We also have BST temporary tattoos. $1 each or 6 for $5.
