Hi everyone!

Thank you all for a great first week of practice! We are really excited for the coming weeks and are looking forward to the swim meet on Tuesday, July 1st.

Upper Valley Rapids has let us know that in case of weather concerns on Tuesday, the swim meet may be moved to Wednesday the 2nd or Thursday the 3rd. We will keep you all updated with new information in advance! 

Please let your swimmers know how well they are doing!!
