Hi BST families,

Our Mock Meet is set for Thursday, June 25 from 4–6 PM at Living Memorial Park. This is an unscored, no-pressure practice meet — a chance for your swimmer to experience what a real meet feels like, and for parents to get familiar with how everything works before the season gets going.

Here's how to sign up:

STEP 1 — DECLARE ATTENDANCE

Log in to Swimtopia at brattleboro.swimtopia.com. Find the Mock Meet under the Schedule tab and click on it. You'll be asked whether your swimmer is attending. Select "Attending."

STEP 2 — CHOOSE EVENTS

Once you've declared attendance, you'll be able to select events for your swimmer. Each swimmer can enter up to 2 events. Events are organized by age group:

Your swimmer doesn't have to enter both events — one is fine. If your swimmer doesn't have a prior time, that's completely okay. Just enter them and they'll be placed in a heat. Also totally ok to try a new event if your swimmer has never done it. This is just for fun!

STEP 3 — SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER

Meets only work with parent volunteers! While you're in Swimtopia, you'll also see an option to sign up for a volunteer job. We need parents to help with timing during the meet. It's easy and our coaches will walk you through everything on the day. Again, we're not really keeping score on this one, but it's nice to go through the motions and we WILL need some parents to help time at official meets, so this is good practice :).

DEADLINE: Please declare and sign up by Wednesday, June 25 so our coaches have time to set the heats.
