Hi all! 

What a FUN mock meet yesterday! The swimmers did absolutely amazing. It was truly lovely to witness the excitement, the team chant, the cheering, the great effort all around by all swimmers, both new and experienced. Timers -- thank you for your help!

Our 1ST REAL MEET will take place on Tuesday at UVAC, and I just wanted to let your know that registration for that meet is now OPEN. Just go to the schedule, click on the meet, and go through the process the same way you did for the mock meet. You'll be able to select your swimmers events. Feel free to write a note to the coaches in the notes section if you are unsure about anything, as they will go through the selections and confirm everything looks right prior to sending to UVAC. You must register before Monday at 7pm. 

I've attached a pdf that the UVAC coach sent us with information for parents about arrival times, parking, bleacher seating, etc. They have also asked us for 6 timers, so I've opened up the JOBS as well and if you are able and willing, please do sign up. Timers get a front row seat to the action which is always fun, especially at UVAC, as they don't allow parents on deck and make us sit up in the bleachers :).

The main details on the meet: Please plan to arrive at UVAC at 3:30pm on Tuesday. UVAC's team will warm up first, and BST will warm up at 3:55pm. So arriving at 3:30pm will give you just about the right amount of time to park, get inside, get swimmers geared up and in the water. If you're planning on Timing, timers will meet at 4pm in the lobby during the BST warm-up. The meet will start at 4:20pm and run a little over an hour.
