The Bar580 at Exit 1 in Brattleboro will be showing the Opening Ceremonies for the Olympics today. Despite the name, this is a family-friendly operation and, frankly, serves decent food in their lounge area and on their large, outdoor deck.

Confirm your hotel reservations for the August 3 & 4 state championships(if you made them). Two families made reservations online during the internet outage. They later confirmed these by phone only to find the hotels had no records of the reservations.

The Opening Ceremonies for the Olympics are Friday from 2-6:30PM. There will only be an optional 4-5 practice on Friday for the newer/younger swimmers.
